Bill Contreras is a native Californian. He attended the University of Southern California on an athletic scholarship, majoring in Business with a minor in International Relations. He has traveled extensively and has resided in Europe, Japan, Mexico, and Alaska. Bill speaks fluent Spanish and is satisfactorily fluent in Japanese.

When Bill joined the La Jolla office of Coldwell Banker in 1980, he immediately moved to the top 5% of the company nationwide. As one of the top ten brokers in San Diego, he was consistently named to the prestigious Presidents Club.

In 1987 Bill was asked to join what was then Pickford Realty, as one of the five original agents. Pickford Realty quickly became Prudential Pickford, then Prudential California Realty, with the agents growing in number from the original five to over 500.

Because of his background and experience, Bill has established a wide range of International clients. He enjoys a highly deserved reputation for serving both their residential and commercial needs.
